The West Penn  Energy Fund (WPEF) is a 501(c)(3) founded to promote the deployment of sustainable energy technologies within the 23-county West Penn Power service region. Our financing programs are focused on:

• Deployment of sustainable and clean energy technologies
• Deployment of energy efficiency and conservation technologies
• Facilitating economic development, environmental betterment, and public education as they relate to sustainable energy deployment in the WPP service region.

The West Penn Energy Fund is governed by an independent Board of Directors approved by the PA Public Utility Commission. EGCW serves as the financial administrator for the Fund. To learn more about the Fund and the financing programs available, visit our website.
